It is our greatest hope that you are happy with your purchase from Podarok. However, we understand that buying gifts is a tricky business and therefore have an appropriate returns policy.
We hope you understand that any goods purchased are your responsibility once in your possession. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition they were sold to you, i.e. the item has to be in a re-sellable condition. For the time being we are unable to pay for any postage charges incurred in returning the item to us, nor refund you for the original postage charges incurred at the time of the purchase.
Please be aware that if you are posting an item back to us it may take up to 7 days to reach us. Therefore we urge you to send any items back to us before or on the 7th day after purchase so as to reach us within the 14-day returns period.
Returning Non Faulty Items
In the case that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you the following if you return an unopened and undamaged item to us within 14 days of purchase:
An exchange for another product at the same retail price
A credit note or gift voucher
A full refund
If you require a refund please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your full name and the order number, before returning the items to us. Please note that failing to do so may delay the processing of your refund.
Unfortunately we cannot pay for the return postage. Once the item has been received, you will be refunded by the original payment method within 14 working days.
If you require an exchange please email us at email@example.com, quoting your full name and order number as well as the item you would like in exchange. We will endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours to confirm availability of the item.
If you would like a credit note, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your full name and order number.
In the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept the return of earrings.
Returning Faulty Items
If your order arrives and the item is faulty, please email us on email@example.com or call between 11am-5pm Monday-Saturday or 12-4 on Sunday. We will do our best to provide you with a non faulty replacement of the same item as quickly as possible.
